The girl who almost didn't recognise herself
18 months ago, I weighed 128 kilograms. I want to say that plainly, because it's the truth my whole business is built on. I wasn't living — I was getting through the day. And somewhere in there, I made a decision that changed everything: I was going to learn how to love myself again, from the inside out.
Eighteen months and 53 kilograms later, I wasn't just smaller. I was me again. Confident. Present. Awake in my own life.
That journey is the reason Abundance of Beauty exists.
More than a beauty salon
I'm Natasha, and I believe in something simple but easy to forget: you cannot pour from an empty cup. You cannot show up fully for your kids, your partner, your work, or your friends if there's nothing left over for you. Filling your own cup isn't selfish — it's the whole foundation. When you feel good in your body and confident in your skin, everything else in your life gets easier to carry.
That belief is why I left my full-time corporate job to build something of my own — a home salon in Upper Kedron where every client gets my full attention, not a rushed appointment squeezed between forty others. This is personal to me. It's not just a job I do; it's the thing I wish someone had handed me on my own hardest days.
Abundance of Beauty is a space to feel confident and feel beautiful — not by chasing someone else's idea of it, but by finding your own. Loving what's on the outside starts with loving what's on the inside, and I built this business to hold space for both.
